Terms and Conditions

  • Food vendor must complete setup 30 minutes before event begins.
  • Food vendor should carry necessary Insurance and Health/Food permit to comply with venue policies.
  • Please bring the necessary tables for the food counter setup.
  • A $300 deposit will be collected at the time of payment.
  • Vendors are responsible for providing trash cans and ensuring the area is kept clean throughout the event.
  • After the event, the area should be left completely clean and restored to its original condition.
  • We recommend that the vendor visit the venue prior to the event to plan the food stall arrangement according to the space.
  • All food preparation and handling must comply with local health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure that all equipment, such as grills or warmers, are properly maintained and safe for use.
  • Vendors should have adequate staff on hand to manage food service and maintain cleanliness.
  • Any special requests or accommodations, should be communicated in advance.
